ANN indicated in a recent article that Tokyopop will stop publishing an OEL title:

World manga creator Rivkah reports that Tokyopop will release the third and final volume of her Steady Beat series only on the web, and the publisher will not be printing it. She also indicated that other world manga titles are similarly affected. Rivkah is discussing with Tokyopop the possibility of returning the print rights — at least for the third volume of Steady Beat — back to her. Tokyopop’s former publisher and future Tokyopop Media executive Mike Kiley had previously said that the publisher will reduce the number of titles it will print per month after its restructuring and layoffs last month.
